WE ARE THE FACTUAL

We are researchers for 19 years in the market and more and more passionate
for information.

Our multidisciplinary team has professionals in the areas of Social Sciences,
Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology and User Experience (UX), ensuring
the understanding of the client's needs and the delivery of information that
guide decision making.

Our challenge is to be where people are, to participate in the experiences, to collect
quality information and test new ideas to ensure good solutions!

We start from the premise that there is no good analysis from bad data.
For this we have a field team that counts on coordinators and interviewers
carefully selected and trained so that each approach is made up
of humanized and precise way.

OUR METHODOLOGY

We employ recognized and proven qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
All phases of the research process, understanding of the client, definition of the methodology elaboration of the questionnaire or script, sample planning, fieldwork, quality control, data analysis, elaboration of the report, presentation and the Final notes, are carefully thought out and executed.

We are affiliated to ABEP (Brazilian Association of Research Companies) and follow the ethical standards and quality standards in the code of Self-regulation of the segment and also to the CONRE (Regional Council of Statistics) organ that has the mandate to supervise the Exercise of the profession.

We have a field team with more than 20 professionals, constantly in the streets of different cities, interviewing people in their environments, discovering consumption habits, market trends and opinions.

We understand that each individual is a particular universe and their experiences add to our team. More than researching habits, interviewing people and understanding their environment, we believe that the plurality of the human being is what enriches our working relationships.

We apply qualitative and quantitative methods to know, hear and understand what users want and what they need. We test and collect actual experience information in order to validate that the requested search object actually works for the target audience.

We develop technical studies, surveys of origin and destination, surveys of embarkation and disembarkation, surveys of visual occupation and other projects to support actions of implementation of Urban Mobility projects.

We identify the real needs of customers and users, measure their satisfaction, assess the degree of loyalty and how much customers are willing to promote the brand, product or service.

SURVEYS
MEDIA

We measure the audience of communication vehicles (radio and TV), analyze the profile of readers of magazines, newspapers, among other media, collaborating in the decisions of advertising investments according to the consumer profile and their preferences.

INNOVATION TO SOLVE PROBLEMS

We use tools, techniques and methodologies based on our experience as
researchers, with the look geared towards boosting the good user experience.
Our customers accompany all phases of the project and actively participate through
of agile methodology, guaranteeing more quality in the delivery of each project.
We selected the most appropriate technique for each project, using empathy maps,
JTBD (Job To Be Done), Design Thinking, usability testing, creative session, among others with
based on the results of quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic and observation research.
In this way our reports indicate the best business strategies and the solution to the problems.

We have a vehicle fleet always updated, ready to expedite access to the most diverse cities and localities transporting the field team quickly and safely.

TECHNOLOGY

We have our own data collection app's and we also develop customized systems for specific projects. This facilitates integration with the internal team, quality control and data processing agility.

TEAM

Our field team is a differential. Formed by undergraduates from UFSCar and USP universities, we have a group of qualified professionals for the data collection process.
